I've been involved in triathlon for over 20 years, so I know first-hand what it takes to train, race, and keep showing up year after year. As an experienced triathlete and Kona qualifier, I understand the ups and downs that come with long-distance racing.
My goal is to share what I've learned along the way - combining practical experience with a realistic approach to training, so you can perform at your best without losing the fun (or your sanity) along the way.

My approach to coaching is all about keeping this smart, sustainable, and focused on the long game. I use data to guide the process, but I never lose sight of the person behind the numbers. The goal is to build training that challenges you, but doesn't break you.
Rather than just pushing harder for the sake of it, we focus on purposeful sessions, good technique, and listening to what your body is telling you. Its about steady progress, enjoying the process, and building towards your big race goals without burning along the way.
